Polytetramethylene Ether Glycol, referred to as PTMEG. Molecular formula: HO[CH2CH2CH2CH2O]n H It is a homopolymer obtained by cationic ring-opening polymerization in the presence of a catalyst of tetrahydrofuran (THF) in the presence of a catalyst.
