Chemical name: zinc dibenzyl dithiocarbamate CAS NO: 14726-36-4 Molecular weight: 610.17 Appearance: white powder Uses: It is a main or co-promoter with very fast vulcanization rate. It has low vulcanization activity and can be used instead of ZDEC, ZDBC and ZDMC. It can be used as an excellent active agent for thiazoles and sulfenamide accelerators. Suitable for natural and synthetic rubbers, this product is also a very fast accelerator in NR and SBR latex. Among all zinc dithiocarbamate promoters, ZBEC has the longest anti-scorch performance and excellent early vulcanization resistance in latex. |
