Ø HNBR

Chlorinated nitrile rubber

A highly saturated specialty elastomer obtained by hydrotreating nitrile rubber (NBR). Compared with NBR, HNB has a small or no carbon-carbon double bond in its molecular structure. It also has more beneficial heat-resistant oxygen aging, ozone resistance, radiation resistance and chemical resistance while maintaining NBR resistance to oil and abrasion. And good dynamic performance, etc., is a special rubber with excellent comprehensive performance.

Uses: Widely used in aerospace, automotive, oilfield drilling, petrochemical, prevention and printing industries, mainly used in automotive fuel system parts, car conveyor belts, drilling protection covers, oil well packers, ultra deep well submersible pumps Cable sheathing, blowout preventer, stator motor for directional oil recovery, matching hose for offshore oil rigs, aerospace seals, tank track liners, foam damping materials, etc.
